By default In Reach provides edit access only to the Admin , the Content Manager and to the user who creates the content.
If any user apart from the above personas wishes to edit a playbook , they have request edit access from the content manager.
Since the user does not have edit access , he will see a notification window like the below.
Click the submit button , to send the request to content manager and close the window.
The content manager would receive an email in his inbox.
He clicks the Go To Content button to open the content and then clicks on the Edit Content link and then clicks on the Publish tab. This tab would display an approval area where he can see all edit requests from users.
Content manager selects the user and approves it and clicks submit. Once the edit request is approved , that playbook becomes unpublished for editing purpose.
Next the user can edit the playbook, save the changes and again send a publish request to the content manager. Once the Manager publishes the playbook, it starts appearing under All Content area.
All communication between the user and the content manager can be tracked using the Notifications Panel.
The Action Center provides a pull-out comprehensive view of all notifications and activities carried by you. You can also view details of each notification by clicking on it and opening the action center.
